Get your green on! Join us for a St. Patrick's Day celebration filled with lively Celtic music from Hooley and a bagpipe band. The Episcopal Church of the Holy Cross and the Saint Andrew's Society will be blessing the beers, and we'll have plenty of green beer flowing to follow!

About the Event
The blessing of the beer dates back to the year 800. A medieval practice of monks honoring Gambrinus, “the patron saint of beers”. Traditionally, monks brewed beer to supplement their meager diets. They sometimes sold the beer and branded it after patron saints of their monasteries. This is a tradition that lives on today.
